DaySpring has a wide variety of meeting rooms that accommodates groups of various sizes and activities. Our largest meeting rooms, located in the Kline Hall and Tripp Pavilion, will accommodate from 150 to 300, and can be set in several styles. All gathering spaces are served by lightning fast wifi. Our youth cabins, adult cabins, Sabbath House and Retreat House each offer small common areas.
MEETING ROOM OPTIONS
KLINE HALL MPR
This versatile hall is professional conferencing at its best. Newly constructed in 2017. the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) includes a raised stage, premium sound system, two 80′ Smart TVs, LCD projector with stage-size screen, wi-fi, kitchen, and commercial refrigerator. The room can be configured in multiple ways with a maximum capacity of 300. For breaks, the multipurpose room is flanked on both sides by covered porches with comfortable rocking chairs and ceiling fans.
KLINE HALL – Classrooms A and B
Classrooms A and B, part of Kline Hall, includes Smart TV’s, audio, wi-fi and coffee service. They each hold approximately 50 guests.
TRIPP PAVILION A
Tripp Pavilion, nestled in the woods near Curry Hall, is newly renovated in 2017. It seats up to 150 guests or works well as an open space. The renovation includes new wi-fi, ceiling-mounted remote projector, premium sound system with multiple microphones.
TRIPP PAVILION B Classroom
Located just behind Pavilion A, this classroom accommodates from 20-45 guests. Newly renovated in 2017, it includes a 70 inch Smart TV and wifi.
BISHOP HAYNES LODGE – Bishop Haynes Meeting Room
This classroom is located near Curry Hall at the center of DaySpring. Bright windows overlook our expansive deck and wide eaves provide covered walks to the nearby Lounge and Curry Hall Dining Room. This room accommodates 25-60.
BISHOP HAYNES LODGE – Upper Meeting Room
A classroom at the highest point in DaySpring and overlooking our scenic central pond. This meeting space can accommodate 12-35 guests.
Chauncey Library
Our library, named for the award-winning editor of the St. Petersburg Times, is located at the east end of Curry Hall. The library ambiance sets the tone for this recently renovated space which includes Smart TV, wi-fi and boardroom seating for 12 – an excellent space for small retreats and committee meetings.
RESIDENTIAL LOCATIONS – New Meeting Room
Located in the north quarter of the DaySpring campus near our Sabbath and Retreat Houses, the “New Meeting Room” seats from 30 to 50 guests. The room is equipped with wi-fi, AV system, and coffee service.
