Information for Parents and Families

Drop Off/Pick Up

Opening Day of Camp Session: Please arrive for check-in between 4-5pm.

Closing Day of Camp Session: Parents and families are invited to the Closing Eucharist at 11am. If they cannot attend, they should pick up campers no later than 12 noon.

Medical Attention

There is a full-time, qualified nurse on staff and parents should speak to the nurse at check-in about any prescription or medical needs.

Forms and Payment

All required forms and payment should be submitted online or in-person prior to the camp session or at check-in. To register and submit forms and payment, please click here: https://dayspringfla.org/youth-registration/

Sleeping Arrangements

All campers sleep in air-conditioned, single-sex cabins with counselors and are supervised at all times.

Communication with campers during session

We ask that parents and families encourage their children to enjoy camp without outside interruption unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency, please call Matthew Bowers, the Director of Youth Ministry and Programming, to plan how to best proceed for everyone’s welfare.
